However the user uptake was poor with users retaining their old systems.

We made sure we understood the initial business objectives for the new system and worked with the business to plan the change.... Using our expertise we were able to remove  blockers and make the system live and achieve the benefits envisaged. 

We created new business processes, a suite of reports and trained employees.

We also left the Business with a "next steps" plan for further enhancements.

One of the UKs largest food businesses supplying products to supermarkets and restaurants had decided to implement a new ERP.

Having multiple production facilities and a complex ownership structure a Tier 1 solution was required.

We assisted in the implementation taking on the role of the Management Accounts workstream lead.

In conjunction with the business we designed, tested and trained the system in alignment with company objectives and desired outcomes.

The scope of work included; a new chart of accounts, intercompany sales and purchase transactions, stock management, divisional P&L reporting and standard costing.
